Went at the beginning of September, group of 4. We all had so much fun, got a little busy near the end. We got free ice cream vouchers as well for spending over $40. The girl working was very kind and helped adjust a plushie so my sister could grab it easier

Brought my 8 year old and my other kids here today for her birthday and they had a blast and we’re already asking to come back before we even left. The owner was very accommodating and friendly; such as showing us how to operate each machine, giving us tokens to the younger kids that made a mistake and shuffling around the stuffies so we have a better chance of grabbing one. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here and we definitely will be returning.

So fun!!!!! so many little critters to choose from and the points system is fair compared to other claw arcades I’ve visited (1 plush = 2 points.) The machines aren’t complicated to use, and it was easy for me to get prizes from them. It didn’t seem like any of the machines were rigged/too challenging. Great for children or to impress a date.

My girls and I had a great time at Kyoto Claw! The owner is fantastic, and made sure we had a great experience. The machines aren't hard to win, the prices are very reasonable, and the trading system is great too! We're from Etobicoke and made the trek out to Hamilton, and I'm glad we did. This place is better than any claw machine place I've been to in Toronto. I mean, I've never needed a shopping cart at one of these places! So if you're ever in Hamilton with the with kids, I highly suggest paying Kyoto Claw a visit!
