We have been regular customers every Sunday for the past 2 yrs. The change in staff is noticeable. Hans has been our constant and now we were informed, he is gone. The meal is consistently great, but it’s not the family restaurant it was.

The food that we had was great but I don't think I've ever had such awful service anywhere. Our server started out very kind but midway though turned very hostile and we aren't sure why. He never checked on us after our food was delivered and there was never even enough conversation between us and him for us to have maybe said something to make him frustrated. We are genuinely confused as to what could have happened. After we finished eating we sat with our plates in front of us waiting for boxes and to ask for a dessert menu for several minutes. We sat waiting for our check for several minutes. I was a server for years so I really try to be understanding because I get that sometimes you have a bad day but he was very chatty towards every other table and was very pointedly ignoring us. He made eye contact but me and my sister and glared at several points throughout the meal. I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant before. UPDATE***** The manager reached out and sincerly apologized, sent a gift card to my mom who had to pay for the meal and the horrible service, and was so incredibly genuine in his apology. Again, the food here is great, and clearly management actually cares, which is nice to know.

I have now been here 3 times and I always get the chicken Alfredo. In my opinion it is the best in the city. Kate (our regular server) had remembered my fiancée and my own order every single time. Each time was months apart and she never forget a single part or modification we would like. Absolutely amazing restaurant and one of the best in Reno!

Wow! Wow! WOW! Did I say WOW?!? We were sat right away, very cozy inside and they have a patio when it’s nice out. We ordered the antipasto platter was very delicious and super fresh tasting! For entrees we ordered the Baked Rigatoni with meatballs 👌🏼👌🏼 super creamy cheesy and DELICIOUS! The Spicy Angel with shrimp was very good and rich with red sauce that was was complimented with a bit of spice (barely a kick if you don’t like spicy don’t be afraid to try it!) the chicken parmigiana was very delicious as well, chicken cooked to perfection! For dessert we ordered the bread pudding, pumpkin cheesecake, and brownies with ice cream. Worth every penny!!

Server Braydin Excellent and Professional, she took care of us, based on MERIT she got a Great Tip! The Calamari Appetizer best have had in long time. The Main Dishes: Tuscan Salmon and Veal Sorrentino Excellent. The Deserts: Cannoli and Panna Cotta, again, Excellent. After tax: $34 each person. Well worth the price!
