To start I went here yesterday… the customer service from the First Lady who was working on my nails was very unprofessional… Most of the nails she put on my actual nail ain’t even my nail size, she caked on glue so much to try and “fix her mistake” When she put a nail on my first finger it was very crooked I said something to the lady an she tried arguing with me till these guys walked in an the lady next too her was like Noo that’s wrong bc the guys started walking up to see.. (assuming the owner or head boss maybe idk?) well as she’s soaking off the nail that’s messed up she visibly got upset that I said something an just quit doing my nails then laughed… the other lady next too her took over after I sat there for 25 mins while they finished 2 other ppl who came in after me… as the new lady took over she then caked my nails more in glue too the point it’s still on my skin…. She put a new nail on that’s still crooked.. as u can see in the pics… my thumb nail isn’t even touching my actual nail if u look in the pic u can see a gap between my actual nail an the “ acrylic” one on top… they then charged me 70 bucks for what the site says would be $50.? This was my first time there an definitely my last… these nails r for my baby shower an I now have too go spend more money at a new salon to have it fixed bc the space on my thumb COULD CAUSE A INFECTION.! 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
Lynn was amazing! Sooo patient with me doing my nails. 💅🏽 I wanted something to honor my Grandma who recently went to heaven. Purple was her favorite color and she loves roses. She found the perfect stickers to go with my Violet Femme DND nail polish 💅🏽 Thank You Lynn!
I visited with an appointment for acrylic nails that I booked through their website. I booked the 9am timeslot so I could squeeze it in before work. There were 3 employees there when I arrived but none were my nail tech and when they brought up being an “early bird” I let them know I was so happy they had a 9am so I could squeeze it in before work - thinking it would signal them to start my appointment. My nail tech eventually arrived around 9:15 and got me started around 9:25. The appointment went okay I guess, although she did stop to eat a snack another employee made for her in a red solo cup and came back to doing my nails without washing her hands. She did nick my fingers a few times as shown in the pictures. I was in a rush to work so I didn’t even really look at the finished product of my nails. When I got to my car I just started laughing, all of the shapes of the nails are different, comparing my pinkies are comical. I’m so disappointed and it’s a shame because we just moved into town from Worthington and I mentioned I’m looking for a new nail salon.
As a guy, I rarely get manicures or pedicures and should do it more often! This was a great first experience in Columbus, OH visiting friends! The salon had a nice and elegant ambiance! We came here with our birthday friend. My fiancée got her nails done and I got a mani and pedi and loved it! It feels nice and cleaned now! Mimi and her sister Anna were great 😇🥰
