I had a sales woman to help me; every time someone would walk up to her she would leave me alone. I finally asked for the manager of the store; I applied for the credit card and was approved. The manger of the store would not accept it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE. RUDE .STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. La-Z-Boy in WINSTON SALEM

Mom bought an electric recliner from La-Z-Boy in Winston Salem (2025) In Less than 6 months it stopped working. When called they gave her an appointment for a technician to come out a month later and threatened that if she were to not keep the appointment then it would go against her warranty. A day before the appointment, the technician sends message that he was sick and not able to come to the appointment. So she called them the next day and has to wait another month for a technician to come for another appointment. This is not acceptable and very poor customer service. Very disappointed in La-Z-Boy.

I love this showroom, and the staff. They ask what you are looking for, steer you to options, then leave you alone to THINK> When you think you MIGHT have found something, they help you with fabric swatches, take down your info and DO NOT high pressure sales you. I was in on Saturday, went home to think about it, ordered on Tuesday, called Wednesday to adjust my order; they were great. I love being able to pick the fabric i want to blend the colors in the room. The quality of La Z Boy upholstered furniture is exceptional, making it worth the price. The white sofa i bought 12 years ago looks new, thanks to the fabric protection. We have been buying La Z Boy for over 30 years.

The showroom is large and well stocked with a large variety of tasteful furnishings. Sales Lead John Kenedy was an excelent professional with deep product knowledge including of items manufactured over decades. He was patient, thorough and extremely adept. Overall an exceptional experience when planning for large and long-term furnishing purchases.

After having a difficult time finding a layout that would work with our living room, especially when I wanted a sectional, I was thrilled when La-Z-Boy sent someone to our home to help us find something that would work. I love my sectional, rug, and ottoman.
