Lackadazee, au 2007 Frankfort Ave à Louisville, fabrique des bijoux uniques et sourcés de manière éthique. Les designers sur place façonnent l'or et utilisent le moulage à cire perdue avec des modèles catalogués. Les pierres sont extraites de manière éthique en Amérique du Nord ou fabriquées en laboratoire. L'équipe propose des réparations, des redimensionnements et du nettoyage pendant que les clients parcourent le magasin, et crée des bagues de fiançailles et alliances sur mesure dans un environnement accueillant et compétent.

Second engagement ring I’ve sourced from Lackadazee in a row (I’m the Super Bowl, everyone gets a ring lol). Lindsey is a master at her craft. Not only does she spin her own gold, but now they have lost wax castings that they use as catalogued designs. When I thought there was no such thing as an ethically cast / spun ring, I found Lindsey in 2018. The intricacy and detail is unmatched. It’s 100% local. Stones are either ethically mined in North America or lab grown. The staff’s professionalism, kindness, knowledge and attentiveness is phenomenal. I walked in knowing I was going to walk out with something incredibly special and I did. Their space on Frankfort Avenue is beautiful. They had jewelers on staff that repaired and cleaned my partners jewelry while we were procuring her ring. I expected a great experience and Daisy and her coworkers somehow exceeded my expectations. Thank you all for doing what you do and making something this symbolic elevated above this world of questionable ethics and procurement.
My wife surprised me with a visit to this store as I had been wanting to get permanent bracelets for months. From the moment we entered the doors we were welcomed with nothing but kindness and attention from the entire shop. Their jewelry is absolutely beautiful and unique. I will keep coming back to look for more androgynous styles but I love anything vintage or custom made or restored and thats what this place is. They offered us champagne since it was my bday and I was SHOCKED to see that the prices were very sensible for the quality. Ive spent way more at Tiffanys to find that they have very similar pieces and local! I will be keeping them in mind in the future and recommend them! We felt EXTREMELY comfortable.

The Lackadazee team created the most beautiful engagement ring and wedding bands for us! I am so happy to know that our new favorite rings are ethically made. My partner’s mother passed away recently and left her with several pieces of jewelry. One item in particular I wanted to use to propose but it needed a replacement stone, resizing, and cleaning. I initially called Lackadazee just to gather more information (if they do this kind of work, etc.) but after hearing my story, they asked me to bring in the ring so they could help. They were so kind to me (and my partner) throughout the whole process. They offered advice on various replacement stones and recommended bands that would look great with the heirloom ring. They did an amazing job on the stone replacement! My partner was SO HAPPY to see this ring looking so good. I loved this place so much that I asked them to make a custom wedding band for my partner. My partner purchased my engagement / wedding band from them as well. We were both impressed by their knowledge. And I think more so, with their kindness.
