Atmosphere is great, wine is great... but was going to buy two memberships today and sat outside of the place for 20 minutes which had no notice they were not opening until the 5th. Employees that showed up without keys and coukd not get in even told the Cintas guy with new mop heads and entryway rug, they were not open until the 5th. Hours posted are incorrect. Ohh well. EDIT: Reply to my review is an absolute lie. Hours did NOT show "Temporarily closed" until this review was posted. In addition there is zero signage on the establishment showing a half a month closure. Own your mistake. Instead of attempting to illegitimize an honest review.
Absolutely deserving of five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our visit to Ladrón Cellars was truly over the top in the very best way. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this winery is something special. Richard and Tracy went far beyond a typical tasting experience—sharing their personal journey and the heartfelt inspiration behind each of their incredible wines. That storytelling brought so much depth and meaning to every pour, making the wines even more memorable. Their warmth, passion, and genuine hospitality made us feel like honored guests rather than visitors. The entire experience felt thoughtful, intimate, and exceptionally curated. We are already looking forward to continual wine shipments arriving at our home on the Western Slope, and Ladrón Cellars will absolutely be a top priority stop every time we’re in Denver. An unforgettable experience with extraordinary people and outstanding wines—we can’t recommend it highly enough. 🍷 Cheers, David & Carlene Peterson
This is the place! If you love amazing wine you will not be disappointed. Wonderful people and welcoming beautiful tasting room. On Friday nights there is live music. Absolutely don’t miss this place!
This is a true California wine tasting room in the heart of Englewood! I frequently visit the Paso Robles region of California for wine. I was at Ladron’s sister winery in CA when I found out they had a beautiful location here in Colorado! My only regret is not finding it sooner! The tasting room is gorgeous, the wines are absolutely stunningly and the location is perfect! It has become a favorite date night for myself and husband. Especially on Friday nights with live music! The owner and wine maker Richard is friendly and knowledgeable! His wife Tracy is often at the winery as well and one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! If you are a true wine lover…. Don’t miss this place!!!!!
Fantastic afternoon wine tasting. Served by the owner and winemaker who was a wealth of knowledge. Very good wines with most of the grapes sourced from California. Not a single one we didn’t like and we are a little harder to impress than the average wine drinker. Mostly blends. Beautiful tasting room with outdoor space too. Will definitely be back.
