I have had the best nail service at this location, but also the worst. They are not consistent. I found a tech I liked, but making an appointment is useless as the tech won't be there anyway and walk-ins are honored first. They could benefit from a front desk scheduler (that doesn't leave to work on nails too), and consistency/heavy training before allowing inexperienced techs to practice at full price. However, the location and vibe is like no other.
absolutely wonderful experience. Nina and Colby are amazing at their work. I had to be at a work event an hour earlier than I thought so poor Nina had to rush to get my set done. She was so fast and did not compromise on quality one bit!!! then Colby did my gel so I could get out faster. incredible service and honestly the best manicure ive ever had!!! also the man (unfortunately, did not get his name) who did my pedicure did a great job!!! p.s. I made it on time :)
I’ve had two manicures and a pedicure at this location and I wanted to like them because they were close to my house. Unfortunately, as you can see from my photos, my nails peeled literally three days after I had them done. Granted, I am right handed, but I’ve never had my nails peel and so quick. I’m moving so I won’t be back but think twice about coming here. The store is clean and everybody is very nice but this is just an example of some of the work.
I love it here. The work they do is great but the customer service skills are even better! One of the best I’ve experienced! It is truly a spa. Living up to their name with the ambiance, wine or water offer, and the superb treatment. Bell, the manger, is young but so skilled. He does all the nail art and has the best interpersonal skills. I recommend to anyone, as this is my new nail shop.
First two visits were good, customer service is decent, the establishment is nice. This last visit not so good. The techs do not pay attention to detail leaving the finished product not worth the price. I arrived and checked in moments before another patron and we were both asked to wait. A tech seated and began the other patron before me and the patron even spoke up and said he arrived after me. A totally different tech directed me to the pedi chair where I waited another ten minutes before someone had to tell the original tech to start my soak before she began the patron that arrived after me. I had experience with the tech assigned to me. He may be a beginner and that’s fine but he needs more guidance. My pedicure was half done, he over nips, he skips the massage, French tip design w/rhinestones was crooked and the polish was 3/4 layers thick. $80 I went the next day I go back for my nails and a simpler design for my pedi. The tech was accommodating but again I received crooked placed nail tips, lumpy dip application and sloppy square shape. She revised my pedi polish and that was crooked as well. She charged me $27 for the pedi REVISION. And $60 for sloppy dip set. ($167 total) Not the worst customer service but these techs don’t listen. Granted you may have to find out who the good techs are but I’m not spending any more money here to find out. Ask for recommendations before visiting
