As a Wedding Coordinator, I work with many catering companies, but Ladyfingers always stands out. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but their level of service was unmatched. Tabby their wedding coordinator is so easy to work with and very accommodating. They always arrive on time if not earlier than scheduled to ensure they are prepared, which immediately puts my mind at ease. But what really impressed me was their willingness to jump in and help with the overall room set-up—something that is definitely not in their job description! Their staff was professional, smiling, and proactive throughout the entire night. It is rare to find a vendor so dedicated to the success of the entire event, not just their specific part of it. I can't wait to work with them again soon!!! And that does not even mention their amazing appetizer options and delicious dinner at each and every wedding I have with them. XOXO Times To Toast

Ladyfingers catered our wedding reception of about 100 guests recently. TLDR: Ladyfingers does not consistently demonstrate the level of professionalism, organization, or decorum expected from an esteemed caterer. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone their services. Working with them has been the most unprofessional experience we’ve experienced. That is not hyperbole, but a reflection of the challenges we encountered. The Good: -The first event planner we were put in contact with was great -The day of staff was polite and respectful -We loved the bartender. He was super nice, friendly, and accommodating -Although the food was cold and the bread was chewy, it all still tasted great -We received an appropriate refund for the issues mentioned below The Bad (Just the lowlights): -The event planner we were working with eventually left the company after a few months. Most of the interactions we had with the staff that proceeded to service our account were unpleasant and disorganized. -They brought the wrong entrée, delaying our wedding events by ~40 minutes. If not questioned about it, they would not have addressed this with us. -The entrée they swapped out with the wrong one was supposed to be a pasta dish but was served without pasta. If not questioned about it, they would not have addressed this with us. -Due to one entrée being served without pasta, we ran out of the other pasta entrée we had. -Due to the delay, food that was brought on time was cold, and the bread was chewy when finally served -When attempting to address the issues above, we received combative responses from the staff and attempted gaslighting on what occurred the day of. Easily dismissed as we had timestamped pictures and videos from the wedding. -Their staff attempted to dismiss the complaints from us as well as our guests about the food being cold, bread being chewy because some guests were complimentary to the staff for the taste of the food as if cold food can’t still be tasty. -Via email and over the phone, their staff was continually dismissive, passive aggressive, and unprofessional.

Ladyfingers catered my daughters wedding at Whitehall on October 11, 2025. They were amazing to work with. Food was wonderful and bartenders were great. Big huge shoutout to Tabby. She was so kind and patient and helpful. Highly recommend them.

The service was top-notch—professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire evening. One detail I especially loved was how they thoughtfully packed food for the bride and groom at the end of the night. It was such a kind gesture and made us feel truly cared for after such a busy day. Ladyfingers catered our wedding and provided extremely professional service with high end food. We sampled several caterers and Ladyfingers had by far the best food and value for money. We can’t recommend them enough and we hope to have an excuse to use them again.
