I’ve never had a bad experience before now. I had an issue that needed urgent care. Most of the time there staff was attentive if not kinda cold. But they were professional until. My test results have still not come back 2 weeks later. No phone calls. No answer of phone calls and the clinic was closed on a Tuesday at 4 (2/3/26). No answer no results I would love to know what is happening here Edit 1 upon further investigation the clinic is closed and will not reopen until 3/1/26. This was not communicated nor should truly have affected when test results are shared.

My experience with them was very punctual and thorough. They took care of me and my situation with the utmost professionalism by listening to my concerns, assessing the problem, prescribed medication along with Ex Rays to rule out any other diagnosis. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I would like to thank the staff for taking excellent care of me and my situation. God bless everyone.

Went to Urgent when unable to get an appointment with my doctor’s office. Urgent care reviewed my medical history, prescribed pain meds & arranged for X-rays for my knee & hip. I was very pleased with their service.

I went in about 20 minutes before their closing time, unfortunately for me it was the closest option for care. They took me in with open arms and assessed the issue thoroughly. I was in and out within 30 minutes maybe not even that. The nurse was super sweet and kind throughout the whole vital check and assessment of what was going on. The doctor I saw was thorough and was able to provide care that helped within the next hour after being seen. A great Urgent Care to see , friendly staff and good work!
