To be honest, I didn't know what to expect. The past several times I've ordered flowers from other florists, I was beyond disappointed. I felt I was able to get better and more flowers from the local grocery store for the money. My anniversary had arrived, and I wanted something more than just from the grocery store, so I held my breath and took a chance on LFW based on some reviews I read. Damn! I was pleasantly surprised, as was my wife. This is easily one of the more gorgeous bouquets I have ever purchased. The vase is heavy duty, too! Was it cheap. Nope. But do I feel I got my money's worth, Yep! I will definitely be using LWF again.
I chose the premium-florist choice package (Mother's Day). I needed an alternative to my typical flower delivery method since I was out of town for mother's day. Overall, they did a great job. The delivery process was smooth. They kept me updated and were very clear when they were delivering. It was kept a surprise up until the moment it was being handed to her. She loved the flowers and was very pleased. She was happy and that's all I care about. Extra: Personal opinions... Delivery, again, amazing. From the time placing the order, to the time it was handed over. Quality of the flowers, however, great when they arrived, but most died about 4 to 5 days from delivery... Size, I felt it to be a little on the small side, for the price. But maybe that was just the mother's day "fee". To reiterate, these are just my personal opinions. I still feel like my expectations were met: To get them delivered in time with care and to have her be surprised and happy. Which she was. Thank you.
This is the 1st time I have ordered direct from a florist. I usually use Teleflora. From my initial contact the service was ELITE! I think I spoke with Samantha? I sent her a pic of what i wanted for my mom and she said she could absolutely make it exact. She even pointed out a flower that was pretty expensive so I decided not to use that. Today they were delivered to my mom and they are stunning!! Possibly even better than the inspo pic! I also got an email when they were out for delivery and another email with a photo of the delivery. Thank you so so much! You will be my go to florist whenever I need flowers for her for sure!
I just love this floral shop and the flowers Payton did for our wedding! I showed her my inspirational pictures and the flowers turned out so beautiful and perfect! 💗💐
