While cycling in the Park City, Ut. area, I was struck from behind by an inattentive driver and suffered multiple injuries including having my triceps tendon in my arm torn from the bone requiring surgery and a brace for three months. A friend recommended Cole Bingham to represent me. Cole is a cyclist himself and that reassured me and he had great empathy for my situation. My situation with the driver was complicated because there were questions as to whether the driver was working or not and of course his personal insurance was at the minimum. Cole managed the situation with aplomb, investigating every nuance and deposing the parties involved while staying in frequent contact and allowing me to express my opinions about each step in the litigation. I felt very well represented and I know I received the maximum award allowed by the circumstances. If I ever had another incident like this I would contact Cole with the confidence that my interests would be represented to the fullest and with unparalleled expertise. They set up an appointment with me, had me sit and relive the traumatic experience in detail, send in photos of the whole thing just to call me a day and a half before the appointment to inform me they “ weren’t interested “ in taking my case… I would have to assume it’s because they wouldn’t get enough money out of it… that or it’s because i couldn’t provide the insurance information for the company in question so they would have had to do too much work…. I’m not sure, I didn’t get an explanation, but it was a great waste of my time and only created more emotional turmoil for me…. UPDATE!! I was called multiple times and messaged by the attorney after making my review. After requesting him to not message me again or contact me again he proceeded to message me very unprofessionally saying he didn’t want my case and blaming me for them making an appointment prior to assessing the case properly. I had to block him to avoid any other contact. 1 stars are difficult, but bullying and gaslighting somebody to change their review is wild! I wish nothing but success for the people that do hire through this office! I hope that my experience is an individual one!
