I had the pleasure of working with Flor for about half a year before making a final purchase. Flor is patient, accessible, knowledgeable, and resourceful. For starters, she never made me feel pressured to make a decision; more importantly, it was more important for me to have made the right decision than to hastily or under pressure make a decision that was not the right fit. She always said, “do NOT buy it if you do not LOVE it.” She learned my preferences and had no problem showing me any property on a whim, even if she knew full well I was not going to like the property. She was present for all home showings, never rushed me on the viewings, and made me the priority when she was working with me. She also was helpful in recommending a good bidding price and in guiding me through several offers before the right match was made. She advocated on my behalf always to the seller. Again, having me make the right decision was the most important part of the relationship. She is honest in her opinion and wanted me to invest in a property that had a higher chance of increasing the most in value in the future. That way, in case I decided I needed to make a future change, my investment would serve me well in whichever direction I decided to take. She is also resourceful and knowledgeable, helpful even beyond the sale. If there were any issues with the property or any questions needed to be answered, she knew exactly who to call, and those people she connected me with provided an honest service at a cost satisfactory rate, without nickle-and-diming me. In summary, if you are looking for someone with patience, expertise, and knowledge about the Laredo real estate market, Flor is a sure bet. I hope to work with her again one day in the future.
Damaris Terraza did an exceptional job helping us get our dream home. She was always available to us, easy to contact, and did a great job communicating between all of the included parties!
