I had my second laser hair removal session with Amaya and she was amazing. As a Black woman, it’s really important for me to feel comfortable with my technician, especially when it comes to areas I can be a bit insecure about—and she made me feel completely at ease. She was professional, kind, and just overall great 🤩 Michelle was also wonderful. She took the time to really listen to my skin concerns and walk me through the best options moving forward. You can tell she genuinely cares and created a plan that works for me within my budget. This place truly has some of the best customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone starting their laser hair removal or skincare journey.
Everyone in the facility is really nice, offered me something to drink! My nurse Ixdell made me feel really comfortable and safe during my cool sculpting! she made sure i was warm and comfortable and gave me all the important information for my post care treatment! Liz at the front desk was really nice and informed me of the other services they offered! Scheduled my next appointment in THIS laser away :) Nurses Coco & Breanna were also amazing!!
Kelly was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. She made sure to stay on the phone to walk me through the registration process and she got me an immediate appointment. Kasey & Nurse Bre made sure my first visit so comfortable. They new I was nervous and made sure to check on me and showed me compassion. Thank you!
I had an amazing experience at LaserAway, and I can’t say enough great things about Liz and Ixi. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Both Liz and Ixi are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, taking the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. The laser hair removal treatment itself was quick and effective, and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Their energy, skill, and attention to detail really set them apart. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly want the best results for their clients. If you’re considering laser hair removal, I highly recommend LaserAway, and definitely ask for Ixi. You’ll be in excellent hands!
Went in for facial ❤️ Liz and Marisa were super nice and patient with me. I’ve got my laser hair removal, lip filler and now the Instant Glow facial LOVE LOVE this location. Will be back soon 💕
