I moved up north from SoCal about two years ago, and I’ve literally been flying back to LA just to get my facials. I’m extremely careful about choosing someone new as I don’t take chances when it comes to my skin. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Vivian. She is thorough, detailed, and truly knowledgeable about skin. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. After my very first treatment, I randomly got a compliment from a stranger at Sephora the next day and even a free drink the following night while out to dinner. I’m going back for my third session soon and I’m been loving the results. I usually like to gatekeep so places don’t get overbooked, but I couldn’t not rave about her.
I cannot recommend Maddy at Lash Spot SF enough. After trying several places, she is the first lash artist who genuinely made me feel heard. She took the time to check in with me multiple times to make sure we were completely on the same page, and her kindness and attentiveness made the entire experience so comfortable. The studio itself is immaculate — very clean, calming, and well-maintained, which makes the whole appointment feel even more relaxing. Maddy is the sweetest person, and her talent is absolutely flawless. I love a “naturally blessed” look, and she delivers it perfectly every single time. My lashes have never looked better. If you’ve been searching for someone who listens, cares, and executes beautifully, Maddy is truly the one. Five stars all the way!

I would absolutely not recommend this place for lash perms. The quality has declined significantly, and my recent experience was nothing short of disappointing. The lash perm I received was a complete disaster. The curl is uneven, messy, and completely inconsistent—some lashes are over-curled and crimped, while others are barely lifted at all. It looks like it was done by someone with zero experience. Instead of a natural, lifted curl, I was left with a chaotic, unflattering mess that I now have to fix elsewhere. I’ve gotten lash perms before, so I know what a proper one should look like. This was by far the worst result I’ve ever had. I’ve attached photos so you can see just how poorly done it is. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing.
I recently visited The Lash Spot as a new client, and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience! Lucy did an incredible job. She removed my previous lashes, which I was not satisfied with, and created a beautiful volume look that has perfect symmetry. Her professionalism, punctuality, and fun personality made the entire process enjoyable. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Lucy for anyone looking for top-notch lash services!
