I had the pleasure of coordinating a wedding with the amazing team from LaTam Catering on 3/13/26! my niece chose this catering company for her wedding! Great choice!! David was the lead chef and worked with a crew of at least 6. My niece paid a small additional fee to have tables and chairs set up and broken down. The team took great care and consideration of this process as well as the food they served for appetizers and dinner. I live in another state. I had never been to the venue or worked with LaTam, but I was exceeding impressed at every turn!! The food was wonderful! The staff I would rate 10 out of 10! If you are considering this caterer. We couldn’t have been happier with the food at our wedding! Every dish was absolutely delicious — our guests are still talking about how flavorful and perfectly prepared everything was. Many told us they went back for seconds and some even for thirds. Beyond the amazing food, the communication throughout the entire process was seamless. The team was responsive, organized, and made everything feel easy and stress-free during what can be a hectic time. What stood out most was their flexibility and willingness to accommodate us. We had a last-minute request to add a vegetarian dish, and they handled it without hesitation. We are so grateful for their professionalism, talent, and kindness — they played such a big part in making our wedding day perfect. Highly recommend!
