I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Launch Trampoline Park was so upsetting that I feel a responsibility to warn other families, especially those with children who have special needs. From the moment we walked in, the facility felt dirty and poorly maintained. Floors were grimy, tables were sticky, and the overall environment felt unhygienic and neglected. For a place that caters primarily to children, this was unacceptable and honestly disgusting. What made the visit truly awful, however, was how my two special needs children were treated. Instead of being met with patience or basic understanding, we were met with hostility and disrespect from the assistant manager, Kyle. His behavior was demeaning, dismissive, and completely lacking compassion. Rather than offering help or any form of accommodation, he spoke to my children in a way that was inappropriate and hurtful, making an already challenging outing far worse. Watching my kids become confused and embarrassed because of an adult in a position of authority was heartbreaking. Families should be able to expect a safe, clean, and welcoming environment regardless of their children’s abilities. Unfortunately, Launch Trampoline Park failed on every level. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that families take their business elsewhere. Places like Sky Zone have consistently shown better cleanliness, professionalism, and respect for all customers. Launch does not deserve your money until serious changes are made in both management and customer care.
I was a member for the past six months, yet I only used the facility four times. I initially subscribed because of my autistic son, who has sensory needs and no patience for waiting in lines. I explained his situation to the front desk staff, hoping for understanding and support, but they were completely inconsiderate and showed no real concern for what I was saying. For my son’s safety—and the safety of other children—I requested permission to follow him inside the trampoline area. My son is nonverbal, loves jumping, and requires constant supervision. Unfortunately, the response I received from the front desk staff was terrible. The way the front desk lady spoke to me was heartbreaking and made me feel dismissed and disrespected as a parent advocating for her child. I expected empathy and basic accommodation, but instead I felt ignored. Thankfully, Sky Zone reopened in my area, and due to this experience, I decided to cancel my membership.
Great place to host a party or fundraising event. The systems in place are logical and the staff is friendly and helpful. They do have food and adult beverages as well as adult accommodations. The location is clean, spacious, and has pretty great music. Would definitely recommend.
I absolutely love going to Launch to relax and do work while having a breeze ordering from the kitchen using QR codes on tables and having siblings jump for 2 hour everyday with the exclusive membership. Definitely worth the price!! On top of this, they have a “jazz night” every sunday in their lounge where live jazz musicians and singers come in to perform in front of a live audience. As well there’s a bartender and the lovely host Elan providing you with options to order food and drinks throughout. Hands down one of the coolest and most friendliest places I’ve been to and highly recommend for all ages!!
I had my daughter’s birthday party at here, and I was 100% satisfied. The event host was awesome. Facility was clean. Their new parents/adults lounge was very perfect place for parents to socialize while kids were enjoying their party (Large TVs, many comfortable seats, great music) Pizza and Wings were surprisingly so good, too. Highly recommend to have your kids birthday party here. …………. We recently hosted another party at Launch, this time for my daughter’s club anniversary. Although it’s only been a year since our last visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades. The party room had been refreshed with more seating and stylish new furniture, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It also featured a large TV, which was perfect for our presentation. We had over 30 guests, and the space was still felt roomy and comfortable. While the go-kart area was under renovation, we learned it’s being transformed into a Laser Tag arena- an exciting new addition that’s sure to make future events more fun!
