We just finished hosting our daughter’s birthday party here, and it was such a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. The entire process was well organized and stress-free. A special shout-out to Tyler, the assistant manager, who was fantastic. He checked in with us throughout the party, was incredibly helpful, and brought such a positive, welcoming attitude. It really made the day feel easy and fun for both the kids and the adults. Highly recommend for birthday parties — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Hosted my kiddos birthday here, and it was a huge hit!! Made it easy on my end as I didn't have a house full of crazy kids or the mess that follows. They were easy to work with and happy with pricing. All the kids want their birthday parties here now so I'm glad it was a good first experience LOL

My toddler had tons of fun and staff was great but giving 3 stars because the foam blocks were all ripped apart, toddler bouncy castle was too dark and there was lots of patches in the big bouncy castle with the slide and some punching bags were stuck toppled over. Would go back if equipment was updated because this is a great place to burn energy!

We visited Launchpad Trampoline Park on Canada Day, and during our visit, it was just us and the staff - which made the experience even better! The park was fairly clean and well-maintained, and the space is big enough with lots of trampolines for kids of different ages. It might feel a bit overwhelming for families with very young kids if it gets too crowded, but on a quiet day - it’s perfect! There are massage chairs for parents who want to relax, and a fun photo booth to take silly pictures and create warm memories. The prices are great, and it’s a fantastic option for a birthday party - fun, active, and indoors. Just don’t forget to bring or buy grip socks - they’re would be great for jumping. A fun, clean, and affordable place for the whole family - we’d definitely come back!

Launchpad Trampoline Park is an amazing spot for all ages, whether you’re a kid, teen, or adult, there’s something fun for everyone. One of the highlights is the diving platform where you can safely jump into a giant airbag, truly a thrilling experience that’s totally secure. They also have unique interactive trampoline games where your movements control video games on a screen, which is such a fun and creative twist. The environment is clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful and caring. There are always team members stationed near the trampolines to ensure safety and that everything is running smoothly. Another awesome feature is the dodgeball area it’s enclosed with nets so you can throw or even kick the balls without worrying about them flying out. Plus, they’ve got two basketball hoops at different heights, perfect for all skill levels to try out. Whether you’re looking for active fun, a great workout, or just a good time with friends or family, this place definitely delivers. Highly recommended!
