I wanted to surprise my fiancé so I wanted into Lauren B Jewelry by myself on a random Tuesday 😅 I was nervous because I have never been in a jewelry store before, or ring shopping, so I am so grateful that Lauren B was my first and only stop! I was assisted by Valerie, she was so graceful because I had an idea of what I wanted, but couldn’t describe it in words. She helped walk me through the customization process with ease and we got every detail added that I envisioned. She was also informative and responsive with all emails and updates to modification and shipment of the ring getting it to me well before my desired date! Seeing my fiancé reaction was truly a blessing, Thank You for all that you do
Christina at Lauren B was excellent to work with! We went to a few different jewelers when deciding where to purchase an engagement ring (and subsequent wedding bands), and the team at Lauren B had just the right vibe -- knowledgeable, down to earth, and thoughtful. After consulting with several designers in NYC, she earned my trust in our very first session through her depth of expertise, thoughtful guidance, and clear passion for her craft. What truly set Lauren B apart is the level of guidance and expertise throughout the design process delivered by great people. It’s always a pleasure to work with someone who truly loves what they do, and Jo Renee is outstanding. She has an incredible eye for geometry and helped us create a unique asymmetric design while prioritizing strength, durability, and long-term wear. She immediately picked up on my unconventional style and even sourced less-common stone shapes, including a stunning step-cut Dutch marquise that became part of our final ring. Jo Renee expertly explained the pros and cons of design choices, helping us channel that inspiration into a ring that is both beautiful and built to last. We couldn’t be happier with the result or the experience, and will gladly return for future pieces. Lauren B and Jo Renee are first class. This is a special family-owned local business, and truly the best of the best in engagement ring design in NYC!
My husband introduced Mike Jamgotchian and Lauren B diamonds into our wedding planning process early on through the engagement ring purchase - it was one of the best decisions he made and i couldn’t recommend working with Lauren B, specifically with Mike, enough! My engagement ring is beautiful and, after several visits, Mike found us the perfect wedding bands and prioritized our timeline and nice-to-haves.
