I just got my I-140 approval, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! Yes, I wish the whole process could’ve been quicker, but let’s be real—immigration processes take their sweet time. What I really appreciate is how organized the EB-2 process is. I initially believed that I would need to adjust my status under the EB-3 Bachelor’s cap. However, based on our consultation, I was informed that pursuing EB-2 might be possible, which is why I proceeded with that path in good faith. I was also impressed by how professional their work is and how quickly they responded to every single one of my questions. I hope my priority date becomes current soon so I can finally obtain my permanent residence.
