I was referred to the Law Offices of Jane Stobbs through my employer's legal aid AARAG program. I contacted their office in hopes of receiving assistance filing bankruptcy. I was asked a few questions that I assume to be standard such as my income, number of minor dependents, relationship status (single or married) and if I rent or own. After responding that I rent and own property I was advised that Jane does not take "this" kind of case. When I inquired specifically to what "kind" of case, I was told "this" kind of bankruptcy case. Based on the reviews it seems that this office has a good reputation for trust and wills. However, if you have a may have a difficult bankruptcy situation, this office may not be willing to assist you.
I called many law offices trying to get a trust established and it seemed like I wasn't worth the time. When I found Jane Stobbs it was easy and most importantly I felt like I was worth it. Couldn't thank her enough!
Jane and Julie were wonderful! They took extra time to go over questions my wife and I had about setting up our Trust while mitigating any concerns.
