I had to store my things for what I thought would be a few months but turned into 2+ years. Everything arrived in excellent condition. There was great communication and flexibility about the unloading during a heatwave. They worked around us very efficiently, placing furniture and boxes safely and considerately. I would certainly recommend Leader as removalists.
Fantastic operation with an uplift and down lift by Leader. The prepack was smooth and the crew did a great job getting everything out and into the new place in one piece. Highly recommended. Andrew you were on the money with the old style laundry taps. They do indeed leak around the handles.
We recently had wardrobes and a piano delivered by Andrew and his team, and the entire experience was outstanding. The piano in particular was moved with impressive skill and attention to detail. Andrew and the team took great care to protect both the instrument and our home, and made sure everything was positioned exactly where we needed it. The wardrobes were delivered and placed neatly without any damage or hassle. What truly stood out was their attitude—friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced. They made what could have been a stressful job incredibly smooth and easy for us.
