My AC stopped working the day before it was going to be 90+ degrees. I called Leading Edge HVAC, they came over, diagnosed and fixed my old AC same day. Jim said the repair may last 5 years of 5 days but we should budget for a new unit because it was so old (25 years old). He provided an estimate for a new furnace and AC, which included a partial refund on the repair. I gathered a couple of other estimates and decided to have Jim & his team complete the replacement because it was the best deal. The install was flawless and I’m happy with the equipment Jim recommended based on my complaints with the old set up. Our house cools quickly and I can’t wait to see what winter will be like with a new furnace.
Our furnace recently went out and we called Leading Edge Heating & Air Conditioning. It was determined that we needed to replace the furnace, not a surprise to us it was 17 years old and installed before we bought our house. Jim explained all our options and provided us with a quote within hours. On the day of installation, Jim’s team was on time, friendly, and professional, taking care to protect the flooring. All work was done in a timely matter and Jim walked me through the new thermostat. I would highly recommend Leading Edge over any of the big box companies.
My furnace stopped working recently; turning on intermittently before eventually not working at all. A previous contractor came out the day before and thought there were loose wires and did have it running, but it stopped shortly after they left. Jim did an incredible job diagnosing an issue with my furnace, which turned out to be less than ideal wiring from the original install. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 20 minutes due to his exceptional knowledge and methodical approach. Leading Edge has earned this customer for life!

Jim and his team were amazing! He was responsive to an immediate need I had for a replacement A/C.
