We had a welcome/meet & greet cocktail party for our marriage celebration weekend at the Leahi Room & Lanai by Deck. It was perfect! The setting is gorgeous..Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach and lovely trade winds. The food delicious. And, the service was perfection! Staff were professional, warm and welcomed guests with the aloha spirit. Management is a joy to work with and very helpful in planning. If you are looking for a romantic setting with excellent food/drink and service….consider the Leahi Room & Lanai by Deck at Queen Kapiolani Hotel. You will be so happy you did!!!
The Leahi Room & Lanai is absolutely beautiful! We had a corporate event in the space and it was amazing. From the food to the service, they exceed all expectations. The venue was way bigger than I anticipated, and was perfect for a mingling event. It was a pleasure to work with Bruna! Great communication and made sure everything was perfect during the planning process and the day of! Would recommend this venue for any event!
I just had my wedding Ceremony And reception here. I am from Seattle Washington, and had family and friends flying over from . I had no idea what to really expect and just put all my trust into Courtney and this venue. I definitely made the right decision! I could have not asked for a better place to have my wedding. My pictures and videos turned out absolutely amazing on the deck. I had a live stream link for a lot of my guests who couldn’t make my wedding tune in for the ceremony and all of them said it was like they were watching a movie because The backdrop and everything was absolutely breathtaking. The Cocktail hour Went great for my guests, drinks and food was flowing for them while me and my husband left to take pictures on a beach. Courtney made sure everything went smoothly And has been amazing this entire time, From even the start of my first email with her. She has been on top of it and made my dream wedding come true! All of the staff were so friendly. They provided so many food options and it was great! They really know how to throw a wedding and make sure you just have no worries and just enjoy your day. I had absolutely no stress Other than my desserts from a bakery that was supposed to deliver To them didn’t show up, but thankfully, I had backup ones that I ordered with Courtney and those were delicious and plenty for my guests. They kept raving about the brownies! If you want a memorable and stress-free wedding, I highly suggest you pick this location. You will not be disappointed.

We chose to have our ceremony on the lanai, and the backdrop of Diamond Head and the sunset was nothing short of magical. The staff at Leahi Room & Lanai were incredible throughout the planning process and on the big day. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our wedding a memorable experience. From coordinating with our vendors to ensuring everything was set up according to our vision, their support was invaluable. The catering was another highlight of the evening. Our guests raved about the delicious food, which featured a delightful blend of local flavors and international cuisine. The presentation was equally impressive, and the team was great about accommodating our dietary restrictions. One of the best aspects of hosting our wedding at Leahi Room & Lanai was the seamless flow of the day. The indoor and outdoor spaces worked perfectly together, allowing guests to enjoy cocktails on the lanai while we took photos. When it was time for dinner, everyone moved inside effortlessly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, our wedding at Leahi Room & Lanai by Deck exceeded our expectations in every way. Leahi Room & Lanai was the perfect venue for our destination wedding. We hosted 35 individuals and the space was outstanding. The staff were extremely helpful with helping us choose our special drinks in the days beforehand, letting us use the ballroom and lanai to run through a few rehearsals, and making the entire day run so smoothly. I can’t recommend this venue enough for individuals looking to get married in Waikiki!
