My daughter has received tutoring in Higher Chemistry and Higher Maths since January. These were by far her weakest subjects and she had large gaps in her knowledge and understanding. This really impacted her confidence and caused her a lot of stress.She also took part in Easter sessions in Higher Biology. She has done amazingly well under the tutoring of Anne Marie ,Mona and Jannet and has been told she has gained As in her Higher assessments. I can’t thank the Learning Better team enough. They have challenged, encouraged and supported my daughter and totally changed her mindset. Chris is always available to advise and support. As a family we are so grateful and highly recommend Learning Better!
Chris has been fantastic at helping my son to become more confident and successful in maths. I would recommend Chris as a first class tutor, very professional and engaging.
My partner has used Chris as a tutor to help progress his English and Maths during lockdown and Chris was excellent at finding his preferred learning style and communicating with him with such a friendly and encouraging mannerism . From helping set up the learning environment and making it as comfortable and easy as possible, to being prompt with session times and always providing interesting content, we would highly recommend Chris and his wealth of knowledge. General nice guy and will use him again for future sessions.
The 1st time meeting Chris, i knew there and then that my young nephew would get along with him. My nephew Lucas finds it hard to take to people but Chris put him at ease and after the 1st week with Chris Lucas was looking forward to his studying. Chris is great with his study tactic. I feel he gives a calm and relaxed atmosphere but at the same time, gets the job done! I cannot believe the difference in Lucas and how much he has learned from Chris. I would recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for a tutor.. Definitely 100+% satisfied :))
Very professional website. Very easy to use. I know the main instructor - Chris - personally. He transformed my grades when I was completing my GCSE’s (national 5’s) It’s fantastic and comforting that after a year or so of revising mathematics, English, debating about politics, philosophy, sociology - now that I have moved away I consider Chris a personal friend and close confidant. At a time he even served as an advisor and improved my relationship with my dad. If anyone is looking for anything in terms of help, whether academic or personal - I wouldn’t recommend any service more!
