Lee made the entire process seamless, ensuring I closed and moved into my new condo off Sawmill Road North (conveniently near Target, downtown Powell, Dublin, Bridge Park, and my commute to work in Raymond) right on schedule in July 2024. Our experience with Lee Ritchie as the listing agent on the home we purchased was disappointing from start to finish. She was noticeably rude to multiple people in our party during the open house, which immediately set a negative tone. Throughout the transaction she seemed more focused on nit-picking and “nickel-and-diming” us than on facilitating a smooth sale — surprising given the high price point of the property. Even after our offer was accepted, she showed little professionalism or respect toward us as buyers - declining our request for an additional walkthrough to measure for furniture. We ultimately got the house we wanted, but I would never choose to work with or buy another property listed by her again.
We really enjoyed working with Lee to both sell our house and buy a new one. She is very experienced and understands the local market. I think her strongest asset is her ability to negotiate. When selling our house, we sold for quite a bit over asking and received very favorable terms, all in just 11 days!
