My feedback is very specifically for the way my booking was handled. I had an appointment booked for 4:45 pm and I called at 1:44 pm for cancellation (had a toothache). Their policy states that it’s 50% refund if cancellation is done in over 3 hours. They transferred my call from one place to another and that took about 5-10 mins. The lady told me it there would be no refund since it was less than 3 hours (by about 5 mins, even though I called exactly 3 hr, 1 min before) by the time they got back. I decided to have a painkiller and do the massage at that point. When I clarified with the person at the main desk, the response I got was “The person really wanted to make sure you come in” - quite a silly response. The massage as always was good, but you atleast got to apply your policy (if not more) to customers. Especially if they have been long time customers.
Booked a massage with Christa P back in April and made a point to book with her again after a slew of just-okay massages and I’m so glad I did! Christa has the ability to deeply work through my tension while still leaving me relaxed. The ambience of the Calgary Place location is also quaint and lovely. Highly recommend.
I had a truly wonderful experience. The massage was done with great care, attention, and professionalism. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and truly well taken care of. I had a one hour massage with Shayla today and it was amazing. She listened to my issues and really focused on them during the treatment. After the massage she gave me exercises and a plan to help me feel better moving forward. Shayla is awesome and I will definitely be going back. Thank you!
We've never been to any Leela Eco Spa location before but they had availability for a couple's massage the night prior to our appointment! We were welcomed warmly on arrival, took a seat and were brought to the room at the appointment time. We picked Myra for my wife as she has experience working with people with autoimmune issues which she deals with and I had Samantha. Our 90 minute massages went too quick and were happy with the quality of massage as they both adjusted as needed. I was happy with the value of the massage but didn't appreciate that they don't cover parking at the parkade in the building (so budget another $40 onto your massage cost if driving). Additionally no sauna rooms or anything else to use.
