Called today as a new customer to try to book a real estate lawyer, because I was impressed by the high reviews. The phone rang for a fair bit before anyone answered. I thought it would go to a voicemail but it didn't. A person answered with just "hello", no business name or anything and a bit of tone like I was inconvenient to answer. I ask if this was Legal Edge, they said yes, but never said their name. I told her I was calling to get a lawyer for a real estate transaction. She said she would have to get my information and have someone else call me back on another line. Mind you I called the MAIN business line off google. I was confused, thinking maybe I reach the lawyer instead of reception. I then asked, are you the lawyer I would be dealing with? She said no, that she was a student.She again said she wanted my name and number to call back. I said my number and was halfway saying my number when she started talking over me asking for my name, then saying she had my number now on caller ID. I felt the whole interaction was bizarre. I have no confidence in this law office for anything.
