mike was very thorough on an inspection of a chevy trailboss. he ended finding multiple major issues like a cracked radiator and hidden damage from a previous accident. we really wanted the truck but at the end of the day he saved us alot of heart ache
Learned about the vehicle, details of condition on several levels. Used this information to remove my emotions and work out an agreement more than $1,800 less than previously discounted price. A total of $5,601.00 lower than dealers posted market value. Mike spent time explaining results on the phone with me then sent the written inspection complete with notes. (The only thing that appears to have been overlooked is that the one key has a truck open button that does not pop the trunk, I can shrug it.)
We recently used Lemon Busters for our pre-purchase inspection. Mike handled the appointment as well as the actual inspection Even though you get really antsy when you’re ready to “buy now”, we knew we wanted to get that last peace of mind before purchasing. The company is busy, so plan ahead of time. We had to wait an additional day to get on the schedule. Thankfully our car didn’t sell in that time, and Mike did a great job. The whole point of this is to find things an untrained eye would never catch which = 99% of population. Mike found a few things to consider I would never have found, and feel like it was well worth the price and was able to use that info to negotiate a bit. Thankfully our vehicle passed the inspection and we were able to immediately purchase afterwards I used a different service in SA when I purchased my last car, and although the guy showed up right away (most likely a bad sign since he wasn’t busy) and also did a great job, he was a bit rough with the car yanking panels out with no delicate care with a metal screwdriver Mike is no non-sense, professional, straight talker and gets the job done. For this type of service, that’s the best outcome Thank you Mike!
First impressions are everything. Let me preface by saying that I have not used this service yet, but am looking for a used vehicle. I made some phone calls to businesses that do Pre Purchase Inspections of used vehicles and Mike at Lemon Busters answered the call. Wow. His knowledge and information he shared was so helpful when I was chatting with him about a possible vehicle I wanted to purchase from a dealership. Mike’s professionalism, honesty, and straightforward approach was greatly appreciated. Mike likely saved me thousands of dollars just from our initial phone call. I’ll be continuing my search for a vehicle and I will definitely be using this Lemon Busters for their pre purchase inspection service.
I live in Illinois and purchased a car in Austin Texas. I was a bit nervous doing an out of state vehicle purchase as I’ve never done this before. Lemon Busters was recommended so I gave it a go. Mike did a fantastic job. He had a lengthy checklist and he caught things I know i would have never noticed. After the inspection, he worked with us and the dealership to get everything fixed up. I ordered another inspection from him to ensure everything was done right. I knew I had the right person because I could tell Mike is a car enthusiast. He would say some people would let this slide but if this was my car, I would want it fixed. I knew I had someone who cared about cars. Reasonably priced and would definitely use them again if I ever needed to.
