My son loved riding the carousel. Tickets were 3 dollars each. The horse was well crafted and may have had real horse hair for the tail. The ride lasted longer than wxpected and when it ended my son asked to do it again, and I obliged. The first horse didnt have any movement but the second one did. He had so much fun both times.
Ruby is truly magical! Every time we visit the carousel, she turns it into a little fairytale world for the kids. My toddler absolutely adores her. She always wears such creative, whimsical outfits – like she’s stepped straight out of a storybook – and she clicks her tongue to imitate horse sounds so realistically that it makes the ride feel even more alive and exciting. It’s rare to see someone put so much genuine heart into their job. Ruby doesn’t just operate the carousel – she brings joy, imagination, and sparkle to every child who rides. Thank you, Ruby, for making our visits unforgettable and for making my little one feel like they’re on a real horse in a fairytale kingdom each time. You are a true gem. ✨🦄🎠
I haven’t been on a merry go round in like forever so when I saw this in action it took me back to my childhood! It was fun to see the kids riding and having fun. 😎👍
Bring my younger daughter to experience the merry go round together with her sister. As for my elder daughter, she feels a bit shy but still enjoys like 12 years ago when she had her 1st ride here.
Today, I took the family to the Leroy King Carousel, part of the Children’s Creativity Museum which is such an amazing activity for children and families in San Francisco. The carousel is across the city Target and near the Moscone Center. The carousel is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only. For families who are members of the Children’s Creativity Museum, they receive a discount on carousel tickets. Tickets are normally $5.00 per ride, but, if you visit the museum or are a member, tickets are $3.00. Each ticket is good for one (1) ride on the carousel. The rides last for about 3 minutes. No matter if you love the carnival or are just a kid at heart, this is a great family friendly activity!
