Le is absolutely amazing she has created beautiful flowers for my family on multiple occasions for funerals and also been so kind and the pieces always gorgeous. Last week we lost my MIL tragically in a car accident and I reached out to Le and not only did she lend and ear for me to cry to the customer service she gave was beyond extraordinary but the flowers she created for the service were breathtaking. Thank you from the bottom of my and my families heart you definitely made a difficult situation a little more easier for us.
The staff here is so quick to respond and the absolute sweetest. They are so patient to walk you through their options and pricing (even when you don’t have the exact words of what it is you need). I cannot recommend them enough for all their services and expertise. They are worth every penny!
I came across this florist due to a need to have an arrangement made for one of our best customers in Orange, California. I needed to find one that did a funeral arrangement in our price range. I called several others and didn't find a good fit. But I called Le's Flowers late on Friday night and I was planning on leaving a message. To my surprise a very nice lady answered and we spoke about the arrangement. Cam was the perfect fit for us. She made the most amazing arrangement and our customer was so pleased at the result. I would highly recommend Le's Flowers. Superb quality of the arrangement's, but foremost and most importantly, the best customer service!!
Absolutely the sweetest staff! I walked in to just grab some last-minute flowers, but their delivery didn't arrive yet. I just wanted a simple small bouquet, nothing fancy, but yet they still made it look beautiful! Thank you! I'll be visiting again next time. I need flowers!
I just want to take the moment to write this review of appreciation and gratefulness for this business they have excellent customer service there are really helpful and made this process a bit easier there willingness to help us was amazing, I called in last minute,a day before the funeral, I believe five minutes before they close and she was so nice to me and she even provided her personal cell number to me, truly shows true compassion. Thank you so Much Cam❤️
