Parisa got my DV case dismissed. She is different from other attorneys. She doesn’t interrupt me and patiently listens to my concerns first. She gives a calm, confident, and ruthless impression, which is why I retained her after talking to so many attorneys. The Lewis and Dickstein is an excellent law firm. Nic Monarrez was able to argue against the probation departments recommendation of probation, counseling, drug/alcohol testing. Through the efforts of Randy Lewis and Nic Monarrez they were able to get the sentence to only fines/ cost. Which was the sentence we were seeking. Now I can go to my house is Phoenix and enjoy the sunshine.
