I attended 2 classes with Joseph, both were very informative and easily comprehensible. Highly recommend getting certifications through Joseph, he is a consummate professional and ensures you are confident with the material and skills! He is very educated in his field and it shows within his team as well!

Great classes and instructors! i've traveled to them twice for NRP course due to how often they had the class. I ran into an issue (on my part) recently and they helped me work it out in a timely manner. I'd go back to take their other classes again if I needed to.
I had a great experience here, and the time flew by! Every last staff member made the certifications straight forward and quick to access. They accommodated my need to get it done very last minute and were absolutely wonderful both on the phone and in person. You absolutely get out of the class whatever you put into it. The instructor was helpful with running through some extra scenarios so that I feel comfortable with the newest recommendations and implementing them with real patients. The extra practice with intubations was also greatly appreciated. That muscle memory will make all the difference for me when I need it most.
A great experience overall! The setting is very professional with the staff being very courteous and personable. Best of all my instructor, Terry, was very knowledgeable. I did my renewals for BLS, ACLS and PALS and left feeling prepared and very confident.
