It’s ran like huge a corporation with a call center and all. You can never directly get ahold of anyone without going through several people. They couldn’t even provide me a letter of diagnosis because after years of going there, I found out they have never even diagnosed me. I have never seen anyone in person and the doctors change often. Also they charged me a $100 cancellation fee because I was 45 minutes from the deadline to cancel two days early, even though I called and stayed on the line trying to get to the right “department” and they didn’t open until 9 :00 AM but made an appointment for 8:15 AM. I think it’s because when you call they don’t even know what time zone you are in. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual office with people with more care and concern.
The team of NP Christina Shepard and Dr. Hakim are incredible. Between the two of them, I get the perfect balance of in depth medication expertise and ongoing supportive care. They communicate well, respect my input, and truly want the best outcome for me. I've made more progress in the last year than in the previous 5-6 years combined. I'm sleeping better, functioning better, and feeling human again. Grateful to have found them!
Exceptional service I highly recommend Jessica Demby because she’s an attentive listener, and I feel good knowing that she provides a non-judgmental space, she has provided helpful guidance for me. I’ve had tangible positive changes that I’ve experienced, like building confidence and managing my anxiety. I’m doing things that I haven’t been able to do in a long period and I felt safe, because I’m applying the learned coping skills.
My Wife has phone sessions. She got disconnected and they charge a $100.00 for missing her phone appointment. They have done this several times. Now they are taking money out of our account without a billing statement. They are supposed to be helping. Instead they are more interested on making money. They never call back when they are checking for the charges. Unprofessional!
Great experience, I am very satisfied with the way my appointment went. Dr Deleon was very kind, understanding and caring. She is very fair and in tuned with her patients and of their needs. A++++
