I definitely got "Limed". The first positive thing was picking out paints. I went to their affiliate Benjamin Moore store and when they realized I was working with Lime they gave me an enormous stack of paint choices. The owner personally offered recommendations and the project manager was on point. When we decided we wanted a little more painting done, a modest discount was offered to ensure we remained under budget. By going to home depot and spending about 150 dollars I was also able to replace existing electrical outlets and closet door hardware with minimal labor, something I would highly recommend you think about. The painters they hired through subcontracting were absolutely top-notch. They even assisted in closet hardware re-install. The owner brought me a key lime pie about a week after the job and checked in. He seemed really concerned about the quality of craftsmanship. The project manager, now that I think about it, insisted on fixes I hadn't noted. I was awestruck by the experience.
This company is absolutely fantastic. I'm glad I found them! I received estimates from 3 other companies for my water disaster I had in my house. Basically we had a failure of an old iron pipe system on the 2nd floor and it rained down water through the house to the basement. It ruined all ceilings and walls on the way down. Everyone gave me an estimate and what they would do to fix the walls and ceilings that the plumbers ripped out to fix the situation. All estimates were a laundry list and a price. Not Lime painting. And yes they are not just painting! Matt took pictures and gave me a pdf report with pictures and a full description of what would be done in every area. The estimate was great. I also had them do some extra plaster work and paint above and beyond the water damage. Everything turned out perfect and you would never know there was damage. Thank you all for a great job!
