It’s concerning that the most positive reviews for Limo Service Dallas are from over two years ago. Based on our recent experience, a fair rating would be 1 star or less. First, the pricing is misleading. The initial quote doesn’t include a mandatory 20% gratuity, which they charge immediately after booking. The remaining balance is paid at pickup—via cash, Venmo, or card. Even worse, we weren’t informed that Limo Service Dallas had other jobs scheduled during our reserved time. This led to our limo arriving over an hour late. Because of the delay, we had to pay extra for our babysitter since we couldn't get back home on time. Overall, the service lacked professionalism, punctuality, and transparency. I would not recommend Limo Service Dallas to anyone who values reliable transportation and clear communication.

I cannot recommend them highly enough! With a last-minute request, they quickly arranged all my stops to ensure I could make my flight back home on time. Their efficiency and attention to detail were truly impressive. The driver was exceptionally accommodating and professional throughout the entire journey. He navigated smoothly through my multiple stops, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. His courteous demeanor and commitment to providing top-notch service made a stressful situation much more manageable. Thanks to them, I arrived at the airport with time to spare, feeling relaxed and well taken care of. If you need reliable, high-quality transportation services, look no further than here. They truly went above and beyond to make my experience perfect, and I couldn't be more grateful.

DO NOT BOOK. Extremely misleading, terrible customer service. Although the driver Andre, and correspondence prior to booking was a delight (or so I thought..) I decided to book a car service back in December for a Galentine's event in February. I let the agent Shawn know what I was looking for and made sure to ask for pictures of what we'd be booking. The vehicle we received on the day of our event was not the one that I was under the impression I booked. They did not even have the amenities provided that were requested. When I texted to let them know that the vehicle was NOT what I ordered, they said this was what I had booked. My photos in the correspondence state differently, and they did not want to offer an adjustment, only a discount for a future booking. Add to that, I was told someone would get back to me and of course nothing... I finally got an adjustment, but I had to keep calling about it. Save yourself the hassle and look for another car service.

I had a great experience with Limo Service Dallas! The car was clean and very comfortable, and the driver arrived on time. I booked it for a birthday party, and everything went smoothly. If you’re looking for a reliable and affordable limo service in Dallas, this is the best choice. Highly recommend!

First off it should make you wonder why there are no good reviews recently and the besr review you can find is from 2 years ago. An honest rating for this service is 1 star or less as there is nothing appealing about using them for your limo needs. First off, the price they quote is not what they charge. Immediately after you decide to book they charge you 20% tip on top of the quote which you're required to pay up. The remainder is paid either cash/vemo or card when they pick you up. They don't tell you they have other jobs scheduled I'm between the time that you have already paid for. We ended up waiting an extra hour for our limo to show up for our pick up. We ended up paying extra for our baby sitter to watch our son because we couldn't get back home in time. Absolutely would never recommend this company to anyone who values service
