Travler was our HVAC Tech. Great communication over text and calls. Being able to come and repair our furnace on a Saturday evening was a relief! He diagnosed, identified and resolved the issue quickly. All the while being friendly and professional. Making the appointment via an AI phone attendant left me a little skeptical but it worked out pretty well.
Worked with Andrew. Great person, he was able to help identify the issue and find resolution. They were able to handle hydronic system, which is great - many other hvac companies had no idea how to resolve it.
This was my first time using Lincoln, but I was so impressed that I felt I had to leave a review. Some people may not like the AI assistant that answers when you call, but I thought it was rad! It was a perfect intro call collecting all of the basic info and then I receive a call back a little while after to schedule the appointment and they had availability the very next day. Andrew was our tech and he was super cool and got us taken care of. I highly recommend these guys. I’ll use them again in the future for sure!
I was roped into thinking about my heater by a big box store offering a ridiculous deal. Figured mine hasn't been serviced in years and jumped at the opportunity. Once we got to making the appointment they said they didnt work on furnaces that use heating oil. Sweet, now the bug is in my head. Luckily there were a handful of stickers on my unit and I made the call to Lincoln heating and air. Rebecca was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. She was able to make my appointment and rescheduled when I got stuck at work. The technician Houston was thorough and knowledgeable when it came to older systems. He took the time to explain each test and what they look for while doing the tune-up. He noticed a capacitor out of spec and was able to change it. I appreciate him also showing me the reading of the bad part once it was removed from the unit. Would I have rather the screaming deal offered from the big box store, of course. Overall im grateful for the experience with your team and will be calling for services again in the future.
Andrew, the technician is easy to talk to and knows his stuff, especially about electrical! His recommendation to reroute my boiler intake was on the spot, and he even pointed to alternative competitors if I need to get more in depth help with my boiler.
