STOP!!!! BEFORE you enter this business, READ REVIEWS & WATCH GROOMERS FROM OUTSIDE WINDOW!!!!! 😡😡 WHAT A HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING business full of INCREDIBLY MEAN, UNCARING, NO COMPASSION or JOY for their jobs in grooming animals!!!! Just watch from the window outside before you even book an appt!!! The Mexican lady & the lady with long black hair, MY GOD THEY ARE SO MEAN, CRUEL, HURTFUL, HARMFUL to the dogs. I've watched them grooming while waiting to pick up my 3 dogs!¡!! They are so ROUGH, & SPEAK SO NASTY to these dogs that are already scared being alone (without their owner) that the dogs are SHAKING SO BADLY THEY CANT SIT STILL!!! These 2 ladies (if you can call them that!!) PUSHED these dogs to get them to sit, pulled their fur when they wouldn't stop shaking & were so HORRIBLY ABUSIVE WHEN USING THE CLIPPERS on these dogs!!!! The Mexican lady was grooming a smaller white dog that was so FEARFUL of her & shaking so badly you could see the TERROR in the poor lil guys eyes!!!! The other lady was grooming a much larger dog & was grabbing his fur so ABUSIVELY to get him to turn that he wasn't moving at all for the FEAR of her behavior toward this dog. She pushed him so AGGRESSIVELY that he nearly FELL OFF THE TABLE!!!🤬 She looked around to see if anyone saw her as I looked her directly in her eyes with my mouth dropped to the floor!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I JUST SAW!!!!!😡😡 WHO do you report this business to for ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR TO THE ANIMALS??!!! There's a guy there that is ok, he's not as abusive but he can be rough as well!!! There was a younger girl there that groomed my dogs & was VERY GENTLE with them!!! She didn't act like her job was TORTURE to her like the other ladies in that place. She was busy but she was calm, had a smile on her face & treated my dogs with compassion & care as if they were her own!!! I watched from the restaurant next door & she didn't pull their fur or push them around aggressively to make them behave for her!!!! I wish I knew where she went, she hasn't been there in months!!😢 Maybe she started her own business, who knows but I sure wish I could find her!!! BEST OF LUCK TO YOU YOUNG LADY WHERE EVER YOU ARE....😁

Was a little pricey for me, but SOOOO worth it after I got my babies back. Rebecca did an amazing job with my 2 pomeranian's. Will definitely take them there again.

Lisa’s Pampered Paws is hands down the best around. I took my sweet girl to see another groomer and left with a terrible experience and my dog was left with ear issues and it seemed like she wasn’t brushed. And she came out so traumatized I felt so bad. Fast forward to now, I took my sweet girl into Lisa’s Pampered Paws yesterday and she looks beautiful and her ears are better. She is so soft and smells so good. If you’re in the market and looking for a groomer, book with Lisa’s Pampered Paws. You won’t regret it one bit.

What an excellent fur baby establishment! We've had our wonderfully Alfa, yet affectionate half golden retriever, half Australian Queensland doggo groomed here four times now! Wasn't sure how I felt about this particular groomer just yet due to the experiences we had previous to the new ownership. Prior to the new/current owners our dog Gidget (who passed from health issues nearly fours years ago now) had come back on more than one occasion with a couple deep Knick/skin cuts! The first time it happened I let it slide, but by the 2nd I realized they were a bit too negligent side. Not the worst, great people who were some of the friendliest! For nearly ten years I've not returned. After speaking to a friend, she mentioned that there were new owners, as well as management and I figured, heck why not give them one more shot!? Everyone deserves a second chance! Boy am I glad I did! I literally could not be happier. They have been absolutely amazing grooming my Oakley! Rebekah the manager truly takes the time to follow every curvature of his body from head to toe and has been doing such a top notch job! Always making sure to send him back looking absolutely perfectly detailed in more ways than one. Beyond pleased with her performance is precisely how I feel each time Oakley is groomed there. It's clear as day that she knows exactly what she's doing, well all of the groomers there have a keen eye for what they're doing actually! Oakley's fur is always so soft to the touch upon pickup and the smell of him is utterly stunning, so many beautiful scents calming to the senses! Their work is nothing short of fantastical. It's quite obvious the appropriate time is taken, and they always make certain to have his breed look as cute as possible! The eye for detail is nothing short of a miracle. Thank you again Rebekah, and all the staff @Lisa’s Pampered Paws Pet Grooming! I'll be returning here very soon, as he was just seen a couple of weeks ago to date! Highly, highly recommend this fine institution to anyone looking to find a grooming establishment that takes the utmost care of your pets, who cut zero corners, and who actually care! Lisa’s Pampered Paws Pet Grooming, you have my seal of approval from here on out!!
