Lithia Body & Paint of Reno are easy to work with, very responsive and do great work. Al Melo helped us and he worked with us to determine the best approach for the repair on our Crosstrek. We will work with him again.
Everyone there was super helpful, answered all my dumb questions and paint matched my bumper perfectly. Al couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful throughout the process. To top it off they got me in the soonest without even having to wait for an appointment(most shops were out 1-2 weeks to even quote the work) and they ended up being a little cheaper.
They did an amazing job on my car!! Super friendly, and very informative!! They also had my car in and out in exactly 2 weeks! I highly recommend them for body work! Car looks better now for sure! Thanks Al and crew!! You guys are awesome 😎🤝🙏👌
My car was recently hit by a motorcycle, and I took it to Lithia to have the repairs performed. Al was the person that got me through this process. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and advocated for me. Al was transparent from the beginning, and regularly checked in with me regarding insurance companies to make sure I was informed about the situation. My car was returned quickly and in great condition. I am very thankful for Al and Lithia for completing this process so professionally and ensuring everything was completed correctly.
Where do I start this place did amazing working on my car after I got in an accident. I got my car in there and Al was looking over the whole thing until my car was done and he was amazing very detailed explained everything. Very professional and even got my car done ahead of time from the estimate and it looked brand new. I 100% recommend them to help you if need your car fixed. Thank you again
