We feel incredibly lucky to have found Little Butterfly Daycare and Ms. Mandy. This daycare is truly exceptional — not only is it very popular in our area, but it stands out in every possible way: cleanliness, spaciousness, meal quality, teacher-student ratio, educational activities, and overall care. There is no weak spot. When we first reached out to Mandy, there were no openings available. Yet she was so kind and generous — instead of just saying “no,” she recommended her friend’s daycare to help us out. After touring many options, we still felt Little Butterfly was our top choice. We decided to wait for a spot to open, and after two months, our patience paid off — and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Our son started at age two. At the time, we were a bit worried about his eating and napping routines. To our surprise, by the third day, he had completely adapted! He became one of the best nappers in class — he would just lie down and fall asleep peacefully without needing to be patted. He also eats very well at daycare, even better than at home! Before joining, he mainly spoke English and only a few words in Mandarin. We hoped the bilingual (Mandarin-dominant) environment could help him build a solid foundation in Chinese while maintaining his English. The results have been amazing. After just a few months, his language skills exploded — he started speaking full Mandarin sentences to describe what happens around him. He can clearly express his needs, saying things like “我想…” (“I want…”), “我要…” (“I need…”), or “我不高兴了” (“I’m not happy”) in perfect Mandarin. He even learned to count in Chinese after only knowing how to count in English before! Most importantly, he built a deep emotional bond with Mandy. He often smiles, holds her hand, and says “I love you,” to which she lovingly replies, “I love you too.” It warms our hearts every time. When we pick him up, he loves to keep playing with his friends in the front garden for a while before heading home. Mandy always makes sure the kids wash their hands, and our son is always clean, dry, and happy when we pick him up. Mandy takes care of the children with extraordinary attention to detail — that’s one of the main reasons we chose daycare instead of early preschool. She notices small things we sometimes miss, like trimming his nails when they get long. If our son feels clingy and wants to be fed, she patiently feeds him. At home, he used to refuse meat, but thanks to the delicious and varied meals at daycare, he now enjoys eating meat! Looking back, we are so grateful we waited for a spot at Little Butterfly. It was absolutely worth it. Initially, we planned to stay for half a year before moving on to early preschool, but now we’ve decided to extend to a full year and then go directly to preschool afterward. Thank you, Mandy, for your love, patience, and dedication. You’ve created a warm, joyful, and nurturing environment that feels like a second home. We couldn’t have asked for a better start for our son’s early childhood journey. 💛

I highly recommend this daycare with all of my heart, I am transitioning my older child to a preschool so that I can make room for my younger child to go here how much I prefer this daycare. When my child first started, she would enjoy playing outside but was very reserved in the classroom and looked so confused in a Chinese immersion environment. I was honestly so worried that I chatted with Mandy quite a bit, she always calmed us down and told us to give the child time to adjust. Fast forward 6 months, and we’re witnessing something truly remarkable. I am so glad I trusted her and the process because my child is now counting and has some Chinese vocabulary. She speaks her Mandarin with confidence and joy, she picked up the songs they sing in class. Every morning, she wants to run to the daycare door with excitement. The thoughtfully designed activities at this daycare is helpful to motor skills development. From art projects on Fridays to outdoor play, each experience is crafted to improve motor skills in a fun and engaging way. We’ve noticed better coordination, balance, and confidence in movement—all thanks to the nurturing and intentional environment. The facility itself is immaculate, I appreciate that the facility is very clean. The teachers wear masks. The entire space feels inviting and spacious. The backyard play area has plenty of room for kids to explore, play, and learn without feeling cramped. The toy selection is: educational, diverse, and abundant. I believe there is always something to spark curiosity and creativity. Mandy the owner also treats every child with genuine affection and attention, creating a safe and loving atmosphere that feels like a second home. Holidays are celebrated with themed activities, decorations, and even little gifts that make each occasion feel magical. It’s clear that every detail is thoughtfully planned to make the children feel special and included. Our child has been to Kindercare and we had a nanny prior to this daycare and I believe this is where my child thrived the most.

We feel so lucky to have found this daycare. The teachers are incredibly loving and attentive, and they take wonderful care of the children. The activities and curriculum are enriching—our child comes home happy every day, singing songs, counting, and drawing. It’s such a positive environment, and I would highly recommend this daycare to any parent.

I am extremely happy to send my daughter to Little Butterfly Daycare. From day one, the staffs have been warm and welcome. My daughter loves it very much. The rooms are very clean which gives me peace of mind as a parent. The teachers are very professional, and they are well-trained and attentive to each child's individual needs. They also tried to balance structured learning with play, physical activity. I appreciate how they incorporate Mandarin teaching alongside activities like music, dance, and group exercises. Overall, Little Butterfly Daycare has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!

We’re so happy to have joined this daycare！The classrooms are bright and clean with large space and well-organized layout. The outdoor play area is big with lots of fun toys that my kid really loves. The teachers are amazing—experienced, patient, and really caring. Our kid started at 15 months old, and thanks to their great care, he adapted very quickly and absolutely loves going now. He’s excited to be there every day ! Such a warm and nurturing place. Highly recommend it!
