Very happy with my visit and meeting Jorge. He helped me with my shoulder problem. I was able to understand what was going on with the scan, and after a few weeks of a very intensive program, I started to see amazing results. Jorge, the physio, truly loves what he does! Thank you!
I went the first time because I run and have persistent leg pain, and he immediately proved to be very knowledgeable and professional. The treatment was excellent, involving highly effective manipulation and massage techniques. What I appreciated was that he didn't just limit himself to the clinic sessions, but also provided targeted advice on stretching exercises and adapting training during injury recovery. During my final session, he also used ultrasound scanning to assess the tissues in my ankle, as I was experiencing tendon pain, to ensure there were no lesions. As well as being highly competent, he is also friendly and puts you at ease.
I consulted with Jorge for a tendon issue. Very quickly he was able to make a diagnosis helped by a bedside ultrasound scan and gave me a structured rehab plan to take forward. I found him extremely helpful and friendly, and he clearly brings years of experience to the job. He frequently checked in via email to give me extra fine-tuning advice even between follow up visits.
Jorge provided an excellent, thorough approach to resolving my knee problem. His assessment was detailed, and the ultrasound scan gave a clear understanding of what was causing the pain. He built a personalised strength and mobility program that quickly improved my movement and confidence. Unlike quick-fix treatments, his plan focused on long-term recovery and preventing the issue from coming back. The sessions were unhurried, supportive, and tailored to my progress. Thanks to him, my knee is now fully resolved and stronger than before. Highly recommended.
I was preparing for a half marathon and unfortunately developed some hamstring pain. I went to Liverpool Central Physio and saw Jorge, who was fantastic. He was happy to clearly explain the cause of the pain, and he is very knowledgeable in terms of exercise and recovery protocols. Jorge thoroughly reviewed my training plan, made some adjustments to my workload, and after a few focused sessions and ... hardwork following the rehab exercises, I was able to return to training pain-free and successfully complete my race!
