After a series of mistakes and failures of the family practice my child was seen at from infancy, I decided to switch to Living Water. Dr Super is very knowledgeable, understanding and non judgmental. She takes detailed notes about your child’s health and habits. She follows up on specific points months later to updates her information etc. She asks, and she actually listens. Overall, I love the approach this practice takes towards pediatric health, where it is science based and holistic at the same time (regimen, nutrition and psychological state, family and social life, all are equally emphasized). I’ve gotten very helpful guidance from Dr Super at different stages of my child’s development. Highly recommend her.
My wife and I have had the true pleasure of calling Living Waters our home for pediatric care for our kids for the past 3.5 years. From the expertise that Dr Diana and her staff bring to the table, to the level of care and consideration for our entire family, we believe Living Waters is second to none when it comes to providing pediatric healthcare. We have been so blessed, every step of the way from the entire staff at Living Waters. We would give them a 6 star review if that was an option. We love this practice! We have been with Dr. Diana for over 2 years, and she has done an outstanding job as our pediatrician. This also goes for the nurses Joy and Geri, they are very knowledgeable and as sweet as can be. Their team is always communicating and responsive, and they do our best to take care of our son. Anytime I have a question, need a letter for school or anything else, they always help us. When Dr. Diana meets with us, she doesn’t rush us out the door and takes her time at appointments. Wellness checks are an overall review of child’s health (emotional, nutritional, developmental, not just physical). We trust our child in her hands, thanks for all you do doctor!
We absolutely cannot say enough good things about Dr. Diana, and the nurses there. We have been going there for alittle over 3 years now and it was a God send and such a blessing. They care so much about you’re kids, you can feel they really love what they do and it’s about the patients and their families! we moved from Charlotte when my son was 18 months and we live 2 hours away and we still drive just to go to them! Going to the doctors is exciting for my kids instead of them dreading it they always look forward to seeing Dr. Diana and the amazing nurses!! They’ve become like family to us, and always been there to guide us naturally which is so important to our family. So thankful for living waters pediatrics!
I came to Dr. Diana a little over two years ago after my son was born. I was disappointed in the care he was receiving at a bigger pediatric group in Charlotte. The appointments were rushed, they did not care about my concerns, and I got the overall feeling we were just another number in the healthcare care system. I came to Living Water and it was the complete opposite. Dr. Diana takes an hour to sit with you on wellness visits, asks questions, takes notes and most importantly cares. I like her approach to problems and love that the care is specific to my son and his needs. She has been a blessing. I will also add that the nurses are great too! So friendly and patient.
