Reid was great. Fast, kind and helpful with suggestions ( some home insurance or car insurance companies may reimburse). There was no damage to my lock. I noted I find this service overpriced for only a few minutes work, but the rate is standard, so not overpriced compared to other companies.

I had an excellent experience with this locksmith! They showed up quickly, were super professional, and really knew what they were doing. The job was done fast and clean — no damage, no mess, and the price was fair. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and honest these days. I would NOT recommend this company. We were promised the job would be done in 2 hours, but we ended up waiting over 4 hours with almost no communication — sometimes they wouldn’t even answer our calls or messages. When the technician finally showed up, they asked for more money than what we originally agreed on. We felt stuck and had no choice but to pay. Even after the extra charge, they failed to fix the problem. Our issue was simple — we just lost our key and were promised they could bring and create a new one. After all that waiting, extra payment, and stress, they still didn’t solve it. This whole experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise looking for a more reliable locksmith.
