Mo was a great help, we picked all the furniture I needed for my new apartment and ordered whatever they did not have available. Won’t buy my furniture from anyone else!
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE…. It took them literally 4 months to deliver my bed which left me sleeping on the floor for months.I asked that they cancel my order multiple times they played around and kept saying a couple days, next week until months passed. They literally said I couldn’t cancel because they already placed the order. They tried to promise me pillows and lamps that I never received. Trying to keep me calm about the delivery taking so long. Never got any of those things that was going to be delivered with my bed. I didn’t really care for those things anyways I JUST WANTED MY BED. When I finally got my bed, the delivery people literally was throwing the pieces around and treating it roughly especially the black dude. He was so angry. I found out a couple weeks later that they taped the bottom so I wouldn’t see the damage. Literally taped. All while I am dealing with my mother dying. They told me to send pictures of the damages caused by the delivery people and never called back. 2 months later my king size bed collapsed on the floor. Not a year of having my bed which cost me more than $1000 I need another one. Go elsewhere. With my mom passing I can’t even begin to argue with people. Go elsewhere.
I’ve had my couch for 6 months now & although it was not my first pick due to extreme delays. I went with this couch. I worked with Kat who was kind and patient throughout my entire process. My couch couldn’t fit in my apartment so the manager offered a 3rd party whom will break my couch apart & I’ll have to pay additional $100 which was cool. I made sure to confirm when I move the cost will remain the same which I was reinsure. But I was wrong! I am in the process of moving & can’t get the couch out my apartment. I went to the store to speak with someone since there’s a language barrier between the 3rd party & I. I was informed that it will be $400 to break down. Which by surprise I was appalled. I tried speaking with the manager Sam to let him know the situation & he was not a pleasant person, talked over me was extremely unprofessional even laughed. Although I discussed I am on a fixed income & in the process of moving, having to pay an additional $400 i couldn’t afford. He insisted he will talk to the 3rd party to bring down cost & give me a call the following day. Which he never gave me a call. In fact I had to reach out to the office 4 days later & he couldn’t even get on the phone to speak with me. Have I was informed about the price moving forward I would have never received my couch. But this is what they do to get your money. Honestly I will not recommend his business anywhere. Be aware of the 3rd party because they requested if I give him a ride to & from my home I can get a discount. which I immediately decline. A complete stranger. No please be aware of Sam & his business.
I’m in love with my living room, everything from logan furniture, the material are soft and strong, all my accessories also are from logan furniture. And the best seller Victoria she help me to get the right furniture for my house. I’m glad for your help.
