I had an amazing experience with Ryleigh Cronin at Look Lab Med Spas. From the very beginning, she really listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. She is extremely knowledgeable, and I was so impressed by her education (RN, BSN) and how clearly she explained the entire process and what to expect. As a first-timer, the experience couldn’t have been better. Taking advantage of a promotion, I had Dysport injections around my eyes, frown lines, a lip flip, jowls, and my forehead. I just finished so I haven’t seen the full results yet, but the experience itself was great. There was very little pain, and her bedside manner was incredibly soothing. She always warned me before anything that might pinch, which helped me stay relaxed and comfortable. What really stood out was how customized everything felt. She had me make different facial expressions and carefully marked where each injection would go to ensure the best and most natural results. The spa itself was high-end yet comfortable, very clean, professional, friendly, and welcoming. They do seem a bit pricey, but you truly get what you pay for. They even paid for my parking meter, which was such a nice touch. I would absolutely recommend Ryleigh to anyone considering aesthetic treatments. She’s super sweet, professional, and truly skilled at what she does. I’m so glad I chose this spa!
Kelley was great! The shot didn’t hurt and she was gentle. She took her time explaining and ensuring I knew my options. Totally recommend!

Today I received my first chemical peel, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and refined. Kelley provided a truly personalized service—she was incredibly knowledgeable, poised, and professional throughout the entire treatment. Her medical background added an extra level of confidence and ease, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was thoughtful, thorough, and beautifully done. I couldn’t recommend her more.
