i needed to replace the zipper on my bag cause it wasnt aligned, I asked 3 different places, and they wouldnt take my bag in since they said it was too hard of a job. But the lady at this store gladly took it in and did the job well. Highly recommend this place for alterations.
I always have my suits dry cleaned here and they always come back nice and neat. The boss lady is super helpful and always assists me whenever I need something done earlier. The prices are reasonable too. I came in today just to get a button sewn on and she didn’t even let me pay for it. Amazing service - I’ll definitely keep coming back to support!
Wow amazing! Fiona at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Extremely attentive and was able to help me and satisfy me!!! I had a last minute flight to catch and needed altering to my suit , with only having a quick interaction , Fiona was able to not only help me but able to spot my nerves and reassure me that she was the best for this job. AND SHE WAS! She was amazing and this store was so incredibly helpful! From the immediate answering of my call as soon as they opened to , fixing my suit. She’s definitely worth coming back for!
I had a fantastic experience with LookSmart Alterations at Melbourne Central! The staff were friendly, professional, and really took the time to offer alternative suggestions to make sure my garments looked their best. They clearly know their craft and genuinely care about the results. What impressed me most was how efficiently they worked — everything was ready right on time, exactly as promised. The quality of the alterations was excellent, and the fit was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tailoring needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality alterations and great customer service.
Picked up my winter jacket on Saturday at the Melbourne central store and an extremely visible white spot was left at the front. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until today ( Sunday) as I just opened it.The jacket is also still dump, meaning it wasn't properly dried before been packed (risking the internal filling to get mouldy). It's a pity, cause their alterations services are good.
