Lorena is wonderful to work with. I was interested in accessing a deeper, subconscious understanding of myself — and her professional, loving guidance was exactly what I needed. I was a little nervous about being “hypnotized” but it was very similar to a guided meditation / visualization. I got so much out of the session and highly recommend Lorena.

Cannot recommend time spent with Lorena enough! She is so passionate and knowledgeable about the healing modalities that she offers. She was completely accommodating to my needs in the moment. We had a past life regression session together, my first, and I can say that it was super insightful and a great experience. We went deep and I was 100% comfortable with her to keep going. Lorena's presence and energy are very calming, intuitive, compassionate and focused. I felt immediately at ease with her, and her approach to hypnotherapy, which is the right combination of empathy and understanding how the brain works, as well as our energy fields. And I appreciate how she understands that everyone's experience is unique, even if they're struggling with similar issues. Our sessions together have also helped me see the importance of the balance between the conscious and subconscious. Her voice also makes me feel relaxed, safe, and grounded. The work lorena has done with me has been remarkable. Last week we did a past life regression session and it got immediately at the heart of the issue I’d spent a year in therapy working on. Though I had made progress in therapy, past life regression hypnotherapy was completely different. Everything in the meditation was vivid and clear- from details like pets, language, and location to physical and emotional pain. Experiencing my own suffering was intense but worth it. Lorena took me straight to the heart of the issue that I’d spent so long trying to resolve and with her guidance I was able to break through it. Immediately afterwards I felt lighter, and since then I’ve had a clear and calm sense of emotional freedom and personal agency. Lorena will lead you though the meditation with sincerity and care. I never could have done this with someone I didn’t completely trust. Whether you’re looking for general information about yourself and your past, or guidance and clarity into something specific, you could not find a better guide than her.
