I had a minor battery issue with a watch (that I had not purchased from Loring). I was a little intimidated because my watch was no where close to the value of the watches they sell there. Nevertheless, Zack took the watch backstage and came out shortly thereafter with the problem solved. Right there while I waited. Made my day. I highly recommend these folks for any jewelry issue -- sales or service -- that you might need.

This is my favorite jewelry store in Huntsville, AL. Everyone is always so nice and I love the knowledge they have. Zack is always showing us the coolest things and it's always a treat to step inside. Thank you so much for your kindness and offering customer appreciation events every year. We love you guys!

My Timex watch battery died and needed replacement so I went to a jeweler because I wanted to make sure the back got sealed correctly and didn’t leak moisture in. I was prepared to pay for a new battery and a service fee. I walked into Loring and asked how much they would charge and the salesman said he would do it complimentary. He took my watch in the back and came back after a few minutes and said, “Here you go.” I asked him how much did I I owe him for the battery and he said, “No charge.” Wow! How could you ask for anything more? I asked what could do to show my appreciation and he said I could leave a Google review. So here I am, expressing my thankfulness to Loring for going the extra mile in customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone with a jewelry need. Thank you, Loring!

Fantastic technical service by Will Howle on my 1980s vintage Rolex President… I’ve worn this watch for so long - to so many places from Korea to Antarctica - and it’s always been perfect. Will serviced it and brought it back to new… I am grateful. David Keen
