Excellent Mexican restaurant with authentic flavors and a welcoming atmosphere. The food was fresh, well-seasoned, and served hot. The burrito was packed with flavor, the salsa had a perfect balance of heat, and the portions were generous. Friendly, attentive service made the experience even better. Great spot for a casual meal or a night out—highly recommend and will definitely return.

We have dined here for many years. The Mexican sandwich and the fajitas are amazing. I love having date night here. I just wish they were open later. . 🙂 the people are nice & the food is seriously so good ! The prices are great too & they have lunch specials + happy hour! Southwest has my heart 💗 🌮

so this is my first time at this restaurant my girlfriend actually genuinely wanted to come here because she raves about how good their food is. I came in this restaurant, not necessarily knowing what I wanted to get. Diana was so helpful and her customer service was so wonderful. She literally guided me through everything. I thought I wanted she gave me her input, her opinion and her perspective on things that she thought I might like or didn’t like I ended up going with a burrito that she suggested to me she also Got my girlfriend what she wanted, and she didn’t even know how to explain what she had the last time she came here this place is 100% wonderful it smells good not only that but ambience in here is wonderful. The music that they play is good. The customer service is so warm and welcoming. I cannot give this place nothing but 10 stars if I could. Ricardo was great too he literally once Diana left Took over and totally understood and took the position of everything. Diana was trying to do for me. Definitely when you come in this place ask for Diana and Ricardo 10 stars.

Have been here many times over the years. They have real deal pozole and sooa de tortilla. It’s all good - nice selection of Mexican and other beer. Great service and decor - in the summer the side patio is so cute - and always seems sunny (even when it’s raining? It’s covered). Everything I have had is good. This advice goes for all Mexican restaurants - if you are a pastor taco fan - don’t order it if you don’t see a trompo with a pineapple on top. Including here. It’s our favorite in Mexicantown. Chips and salad on the house. A spicy option is probably available if you ask? Photos are from various visits including today. They also have Hapot Hour and Munch menus!

We stopped in on our way to the Tigers game. It was very hot and humid night, so we are inside. There was no wait at 5:15ish. We made it in time for the happy hour specials. The chips and salsa came to the table quick. We placed our order and the food came out quickly. The presentation was good and the food was hot! Most importantly the food tasted good. The only item was the chips were oily coming out of the fryer. They were still tasty. There is tons of parking in and around the area. It is a safe little strip to walk.
