The nail shaping was great and the French manicure came out beautifully. My pedicure was also nicely done. However, the base color for my pedicure wasn’t what I originally asked for. I understand that mix-ups can happen, and I didn’t make an issue out of it, the technician may have simply forgotten about the color or assumed she had shown it to me. When I mentioned to the receptionist that the color was available after all, I was met with defensiveness. A simple acknowledgment or lighthearted “oops” would have been sufficient. That part of the experience was disappointing. The quality of the work itself was great and could have easily been a 5/5 with better communication and customer service.
I had a gel manicure removal only here. I made an appointment, arrived on time and was seated immediately and in and out within 30 minutes. Everyone here is super nice! Definitely recommend.
Really great experience at this salon getting gel extensions. Ayka was friendly and checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with the shape and color. She was also very detailed in her cuticle work. They didn’t have the exact color I was looking for, but she tried her best to match my inspo pic and put 3 colors on my nail to let me choose. I will definitely be back to see her!
Mixed feelings. I decided to come to the nail salon because of the positive reviews. I got the Russian gel manicure and dazzle nail pedicure. The nail tech I had was rough with my hands. Despite my squirming and flinching, the nail tech cut beyond my cuticles on my fingers leaving them sore, red, and with scabs. After picking the skin, they put a cleaning solution on it that burned. Even a day later, my fingers feel sore. I’m worried about getting an infection. I’ve never had a Russian gel manicure like this so maybe it’s just many hands being fragile, but I did not enjoy the experience. On the plus side, the nails are cute. When I talked to the woman at the front about my discomfort, she gave me a discount. The nail art is what I asked for. I have no issues with the nails chipping. They look good.
Absolutely the BEST Russian manicure I’ve ever had! I got my nails done with Ayka, and she is truly exceptional. Her precision and attention to detail are unmatched every cuticle was flawless, and the shape and finish of my nails are perfection. You can tell she really cares about her work and takes the time to make sure everything is done beautifully. I’ve never felt so pampered and impressed with the results. Highly, highly recommend booking with Ayka if you want your nails to look stunning and last!
