I had the most AMAZING experience at Lovely with Albert! I had been to a few other shops with no success, trusted my instincts to see what Lovely had to offer, and my instincts could not have been more right. Albert was so warm and welcoming, and from the second I walked in I knew I was in good hands. He listened, advised, gave me the honesty I was looking for, and answered every question I had without missing a beat or making me feel like I was a crazy bride. With friends and family being so spread out and having to go to my appointment solo, Albert stepped in as my acting bestie for the hour and was so gracious in making my friends and family feel virtually involved. I didn't think I was going to have that ~this is it~ bridal moment and I will be forever grateful to Albert and Lovely for making that happen!
I’m writing to share a disappointing experience we had at Lovely Bride in Los Angeles, CA. We booked the appointment a month in advance and traveled 120 miles to visit this place. From the moment we walked in the shop, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The assistant never introduced herself and seemed annoyed with us from the start. When my daughter, the bride-to-be, didn’t fall in love with a dress immediately, the girl “helping” us made us feel like a burden rather than valued customers. Despite paying $150 for our appointment, we were met with wine in a can and plastic cups instead of the promised champagne and snacks. This, coupled with the rushed vibe, made the entire experience uncomfortable. The previous bridal shop, welcomed us with bubbly personalities and were extremely friendly and eager to help my daughter find her perfect dress. They offered us champagne in beautiful champagne glasses. Additionally, at Lovely Bridal, the dresses were not well-maintained, as a matter of fact, they were filthy, and while there was an open inventory, the staff's irritation at us even touching the dresses was confusing. given they were on display. If the girl helping us had greeted us (like the previous bridal shop) and explained how the process worked and how our experience was going to go, then we would have known not to touch the dresses that are right in the middle of the shop! To add to our frustration, the assistant never introduced herself, leaving us feeling disconnected and unwelcome. Sadly, this lack of warmth and professionalism significantly diminished what should have been a special occasion. Overall, our visit to Lovely Bridal was a huge disappointment, especially compared to our previous experience at another shop where we felt truly welcomed and valued the entire time we were there. I hope Lovely Bridal can improve their customer service in the future. Sincerely, A very disappointed Mother of the Bride
Absolutely LOVED my experience at Lovely Bride LA. Their selection of designers and dresses was exactly what I was looking for and Morgan (my bridal stylist) was so helpful, supportive and patient. She made wonderful suggestions for different dresses to try and where in the shop to get the best lighting (they have amazing lighting!) and she pinned me up in all different ways to get the best viewpoints of the dresses. She really understood my vision and style. What a truly Lovely Experience. 10/10
Jared was my first and by far the best consultant that I have had on this bridal journey. It was my first dress appointment and he was so patient, caring, and understanding; making the experience feel so comforting. Jared made me feel so beautiful in the dresses and he matched my friend's and my energy so well. I never felt rushed or pressured to say yes like other dress places I have gone to after this and I absolutely love and appreciated him for that. Lovely Bride LA has been the highlight of my wedding journey so far. I fully recommend coming here to find your dress and definitely ask for Jared!
I'm so happy I started my wedding dress journey here. Working with Albert was so easy--it was like shopping with your best friend. He is kind, informative, and really listens. He is an expert at what he does. Please ask for Albert! The showroom is beautiful, clean, well lit, and you get a huge, comfortable dressing room. I appreciate that they list their inventory online. It gives peace of mind to know they had the exact dresses on my wish list.
